Preheat oven to 250°. Line two 15×10-inch baking pans with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine uncooked ramen, pretzels, hot cheetos and corn nuts.
In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar and HSFW seasoning. Heat over low until butter melts, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over mixture in bowl; toss to coat. Divide mixture between prepared pans, spreading evenly.
Bake 30 minutes, stirring mixture and rotating pans every 15 minutes. Cool completely on pans. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
