“Good Neighbor” Nissin Foods Helps Feed Surrounding Communities
Nissin Foods USA has been a proud member of the Los Angeles, CA, and Lancaster, PA, communities for decades, and one of our top priorities is to give back to those who have made us feel right at home. As part of Nissin’s Good Neighbor initiative, we continue to grow our partnerships with both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and the Lancaster Food Hub.
In celebration of Cup Noodles’ 50th anniversary in 2021, we donated more than 47,000 servings of noodles to help feed local Los Angeles and Lancaster families in need. President & CEO Mike Price and our executive leadership team were proud to present the donations to Paige McFarling, Executive Director of the Food Hub, and Jeanna Kindle, Chief Product Acquisitions Officer of the L.A. Regional Food Bank.
These charitable partnerships help carry on the spirit of our founder Momofuku Ando and his mission to satisfy people’s hunger and warm their hearts in times of need. More importantly, it helps remind us why we are passionate about creating and providing affordable food for everyone.
