Combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken thighs in a bowl and marinate overnight. Toss the chicken thighs in the cornstarch and pan fry with 1 tablespoon of oil. Set aside. In the same pan, saute the onions for three minutes before adding in the garlic and mushrooms, and cook for 1 minute. Add the cooking wine and allow the sauce to thicken.
While the vegetables cook, boil the egg for 7 minutes. In a separate pot, boil the Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK Torched Teriyaki Chicken flavored noodles in water for 5 minutes.
