Get creative with your food this holiday season with a green wreath made with ramen, tahini and miso.

Blend tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, miso paste, garlic, coriander, spring onions, spinach and water until the sauce is smooth and green.
Taste the sauce and add more miso, sugar or tahini if desired. If too thin, add more spinach, spring onions or coriander; if too thick, add more water.
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions using the seasoning.
Drain the noodles and then in that same pan, pour back in the noodles and sauce. Stir everything until all the noodles are coated in the green tahini miso sauce.
Take noodles and shape them into a wreath on a plate. Add a few tomatoes (or chilis) for a pop of holiday color!
