Transfer the dried noodles and seasoning from the Cup Noodles® Stir Fry® cup into a clean, sealable food storage bag. Crush the noodles into rice-size pieces, then return back to the cup.
Pour boiling water into the cup, cover, and let sit for 3-4 minutes until noodles are cooked and have absorbed all of the broth.
Step 2:
In a pan over medium heat, add the oil. Cook the egg until just scrambled, then add the cooked rice, stirring for about 2 minutes. Toss in the noodles and mix together for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 3:
Pack the rice into a small bowl. Place a plate on top of the bowl, then flip both over while holding them together. Lift the bowl to reveal a compact mound of deliciousness on the plate.
