Fresh Shrimp Top Ramen® Spring Rolls
- 1 package Top Ramen® Shrimp Flavor
- 6 spring roll wrappers
- 18 shrimp, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
- 18 basil leaves
- 18 cilantro leaves
- 1 green onion, chopped
Prepare Top Ramen® Shrimp Flavor according to package. Separate the broth and noodles.
Fill a large bowl with water. Carefully submerge one spring roll skin at a time then place it flat on a cutting board or plate.
Add the noodles, coleslaw, and 3 cilantro leaves to the bottom of the paper. Carefully roll the paper over the ingredients one time. Place the basil leaves on top of the first fold along with 3 shrimp. Continue to fold, and tuck the sides over, until you create a secured spring roll. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
In a small dipping bowl, add the broth and green onions. Dip the spring rolls into the broth for extra flavor.
