Garlic Rotisserie Chicken Top Ramen®
- 1 package Top Ramen® Chicken Flavor
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup brown mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms and carrots in oil for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add garlic, chicken, and spinach. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until incorporated.
Prepare Top Ramen® Chicken Flavor according to package. Separate the broth from the noodles and set aside.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet of sautéed veggies and chicken. Pour in heavy cream and toss everything together.
Divide the noodle mixture between two bowls. Pour 1 cup of broth in each bowl. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
