Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Ramen
Ingredients

  • 1 package Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Ramen
  • 3 slices pork chashu
  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 1 tbsp green onions
  • 1/2 cup green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup wood ear mushrooms, thinly chopped
  • 1 egg
Directions

STEP 1:

Boil egg for 6 minutes, then place in ice water to cool. While cooling egg, chop desired toppings and warm the pork in skillet.

STEP 2:

Prepare Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Ramen according to package.

STEP 3:

Peel and slice egg. Garnish ramen with prepared toppings. Serve hot.
