Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Ramen
Ingredients

  • 1 package Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Ramen
  • 2-3 slices pork Chashu
  • 1-2 nori, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
Directions

STEP 1:

Boil egg for 6 minutes, then place in ice water to cool. While cooling egg, add oil to a skillet and sauté mushrooms over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 2:

Chop desired toppings and warm the chashu in skillet.

STEP 3:

Prepare Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Ramen according to package.

STEP 4:

Garnish ramen with prepared toppings. Serve hot.
