A crispy ramen crust and a savory chili sauce turn the ordinary crustacean into a fried shrimp sensation.
STEP 1:
In a bag, crush raw ramen until pulverized to create a “breading.”
STEP 2:
Coat shrimp in flour and Top Ramen® Soy Sauce Seasoning mixture then dip in beaten egg and cover in ramen “breading.”
STEP 3:
Fry each shrimp until golden brown and crispy and toss in 1 tbsp of spicy sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar mixture; set aside.
STEP 4:
In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and mayo then toss with coleslaw mix and serve under spicy shrimp.
STEP 5:
Garnish with lime wedges.
