Soy Sauce Eggs & Shrimp Top Ramen®
- 2 packages Top Ramen® Shrimp flavor
- 8 tbsp warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 6 eggs
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, carefully add each egg and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Remove from the boiling water and immediately submerge in a bowl of ice water. In the meantime, whisk together the warm water, sugar, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a container or bowl big enough to hold all 6 eggs comfortably. Carefully peel each egg, adding them to the soy sauce mixture.
Cover the container or bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
When ready, cook Top Ramen® according to package, slice eggs in half, add them to bowls as pictured, and enjoy.
