Spicy Dan Dan Cup Noodles®

Just one bite of these fiery noodles topped with chili oil and you’ll become the biggest fan fan.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Noodles® Beef Flavor
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp hoisin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
Directions
STEP 1:
Prepare Cup Noodles® Beef Flavor according to cup. Separate the broth and the noodles.
STEP 2:
While the noodles cook, prepare the oil. In a pan over medium heat, combine all the oil ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and put aside.
STEP 3:
In a different pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil to cook the pork in. Brown the pork for 8 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and put aside.
STEP 4:
In a large bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together with a whisk. Once the mixture is smooth, toss in the noodles.
STEP 5:
Add the noodles back into the cup. Top with pork and drizzle with chili oil. Garnish with green onions.
