STEP 1:
In a bowl, marinate the steak in sesame oil, soy sauce, water, red pepper flakes, and garlic for at least 30 minutes covered in the fridge.

In a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and sauté mushrooms for 2-3 minutes until soft and browned.
