The classic and classy restaurant duo of steak and shrimp meets (meats?) ramen in this hearty, delicious recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 Top Ramen® Beef package
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 sirloin steak
- 3-5 shrimp (tail on)
- Green onion, sliced
- Corn
- Fried shallots
Directions
STEP 1:
Add soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic, ginger, pepper, and chili paste to a bowl and whisk together. Reserve 1/3 of the marinade for the shrimp.
STEP 2:
Marinate steak in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Before cooking, take it out and let it get to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Meanwhile, add shrimp to the reserved marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 3:
On high heat, cook the marinated steak until it has a nice color on each side. Set aside to rest before slicing.
STEP 4:
Add shrimp to the pan and pour remaining marinade over them. Cook a couple minutes each side.
STEP 5:
Prepare Top Ramen® according to package instructions.
STEP 6:
Assemble bowl: add sliced beef, shrimp, green onion, corn, and fried shallots.
