Vegetarian Top Ramen® Stir Fry
- 1 Top Ramen® Soy Sauce Flavor
- 5 baby bok choy leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to a sauté pan and cook the bok choy, pepper, and garlic over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the Top Ramen® according to package. Set the seasoning aside and drain the ramen after it is fully cooked.
In the meantime, whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp of sesame oil with soy sauce and sweet chili sauce in a small bowl. Add the sauce to the sautéed vegetables and stir in the seasoning packet.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened, then add in the drained noodles.
Toss everything together, then transfer to two bowls, topping each with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
